Your dreams can easily become reality with the use of our on-site Computer Aided Design (CAD) facilities, allowing us to create 2D and 3D drawings and a video walk-through for all projects.

Working closely with you our team will produce a design for your home and when you are completely satisfied we can apply for planning permission. Building regulations is also applied for in-house and the designs are sent electronically to the factory in Finland. With the whole house machined to a tolerance of only 1mm your timber home will be delivered within 6 - 8 weeks.

Meanwhile our groundwork team can prepare your site so that construction can begin as soon as the timbers arrive. Within a week your house can be at roof height! Within three weeks it can be water tight and internal work can begin.
