Flexible Payment Methods
You have the option of being paid in whatever way suits your circumstances:
Via the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system, directly via our own payroll. Direct into your own ltd company bank account via our own payroll. Through the CIS scheme (via a 3rd party payroll operator) if you are currently registered with HMRC under this scheme.
Temporary to Permanent Role
Your temporary position could ultimately become a permanent placement. Flanagan Labour Hire work closely with a select group of clients who will offer temporary workers the opportunity to become permanent members of staff following a successful trial period.
Weekly Pay
As a temporary worker you will be paid on the Friday following the week you have worked, directly into your bank account.
